MUTTON & CHICKEN CHUKKA MASALA
Preparation: (Serves 5 - 6 persons)
1. Add 5 tablespoon oil and add 6 cloves, 3 cardamom,
1 stick cinnamon.
2. Add 150gms of small onions and Saute till golden.
3. Add 3 tablespoon of ginger and garlic paste and Saute well.
4. Now add 1kg mutton and Saute for a minute .
5. Add 3 tablespoons Kuruthammal Mutton Chukka Masala and mix well. Add Salt to taste.
6. Let the mutton cook.
7. Add 1/2 cup Coconut Milk and bring it to a roasted consistency until the oil separates.
8. Now, Mutton Chukka is ready.
