KAARA KULAMBU MASALA
Preparation: (Serves 4 - 5 persons)
1. In a pan add 5 tablespoons of Oil for tempering.
2. Now add 1/2 teaspoon of Mustard, 1/2 split Urad dhal , 1/2 Fenugreek and few curry leaves.
3. Add in 10 small Onions and 15 Garlic and Sauté well.
4. Now add 3 tablespoons of Kuruthammal Kaara Kulambu Masala and sauté.
5. Now in a bowl add a lime size Tamarind and pour water and make it to tamarind water and pour it in.
6. Bring this mix to boil and add required salt.
7. After boiling bring it to sim and allow the oil to separate and you can serve it.
Coriander, Asafoetida, Pepper, Chilly, Turmeric, Toor Dhall, Gram Dhall, Curry Leaves.
