( Serves 2 persons )1) In a pan add 100gms Palm Jaggery or Brown Sugar with 2 cups of Water and bring it to boil.
2) Let it come to honey consistency. (Filter Palm Jaggery liquid if used)
3) In another Pan Dissolve 3 tablespoons of Kuruthammal Health Mix in normal water. (without lumps)
4) Bring this mix to boil and add required amount of Palm Jaggery or Brown Sugar syrup which we have already prepared.
5) Let it cook for few minutes and serve it.Ragi, Samba Wheat, Almonds, Hand-Pounded Rice, Red Rice, White Corn, Soya, Walnuts and Roasted Bengal Gram.
