CHICKEN & MUTTON KULAMBU MASALA
Preparation: (Serves 6 - 7 persons)
1. In a pan add 3 tablespoon Oil, 1 teaspoon Saunf, 100gms Small Onions, few Curry Leaves, 1 Tomato, 10gms Ginger and saute well.
2. Add 1kg Chicken and saute .
3. Now mix in 3 tablespoon of Kuruthammal Chicken Kulambu Masala and add 3 cups of water and let it boil.
4. Add Salt to taste.
5. In a mixer add grated 1/2cup Coconut, 1/2 teaspoon Jeera, 6 Small Onion, few Curry Leaves and coarsely grind it and add it in the boiling curry.
6. Garnish it with Coriander Leaves.
Chilly, Coriander, Asafoetida, Jeera, Pepper, Turmeric, Curry Leaves, Mustard and Saunf.
